Okta
Navigate to scorpion.okta.com.
Sign in with your username (firstname.lastname) and the temporary password provided to you.
Once you hit sign in, Okta will ask you to change your password to something unique. The requirements are listed here. This new password will also be your email, Google and CSX password.
Once you've set up your new password, you will now have to setup all three of the follow security methods.
First, you will need to download the Okta Verify app on your cell phone. Afterwards, you will need to scan the QR code provided for you on the computer with the app on your phone.
After you've completed the Okta Verify step, you will also need to complete, both the Phone verification, as well as the security question.
Next Okta may ask for a secondary email, this is optional.
Afterwards you should end up at the Okta homepage. We're ready to move on.
Outlook
Next you will need to set up your inbox.
Navigate to webmail.scorpion.co and sign in with your email (firstname.lastname@scorpion.co) and the new password that you just created with Okta.
Once you've entered your username and password, it will ask you to if you'd like to stay signed in. Then it will take you to your inbox. We're ready to move on.
Next we will set up your Google account.
Navigate back to scorpion.okta.com and select the Google Account tile for you homepage.
Sign into google with your email (firstname.lastname@scorpion.co).
Once you've entered your email, you'll hit "I understand" on the next page.
This should take you to the Google Accounts page. At this time, we're ready to move on.
Slack
Navigate back to scorpion.slack.com and select Sign in with Google.
You'll continue through the confirmation screens.
And agree to the terms.
Once all squared away Slack should be open inside your browser tab. We're ready to move on.
CSX
Next, you'll navigate to csx.scorpion.co and log in with your email (firstname.lastname@scorpion.co) and the new password that you created earlier.
It will then ask you to setup the Microsoft Authenticator app. Hit next.
The next page advises to choose "Work or school" when adding the account on your phone. Hit next.
The next screen will show the QR code you'll need to scan for the Microsoft Authenticator app. Scan the code inside the app, and hit next.
You will then be instructed to test the Authenticator app by entering the 2 digit code provided in your phone. Once you've done this hit done. You will be asked to stay signed in, and afterwards be taken to the CSX landing page. We're ready to move on.
CS8
If you are Booth & Partners employee, you will need to make sure you are connected to your company VPN to access CS8.
First you will navigate to cs8.scorpion.co and login with the unique CS credentials provided for you. These credentials are separate from the other credentials we've previously used, the password will not change.
After you've signed in you should be taken to the CS8 landing page.
