The password requirements are as follows:

At least 12 characters

A lowercase letter

An uppercase letter
-
A number
-
A symbol
-
No parts of your username
-
Does not include your first name

Does not include your last name

Your password cannot be any of your last 10 password(s)
1. First, you will need to visit https://scorpion.okta.com/ and sign in with your current password.
2. Once you've signed in, you may be prompted immediately to change your password, if not, click on your name in the top right, and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
3. You will then click the green Edit Profile button in the top right. (Okta may require you to verify by signing in again.) Afterwards, you will be able to change your password here.
If you are a contractor working for Scorpion you can stop here. Your password change is completed. All Scorpion employees should continue with Step 4
4. Once you have successfully reset your password you will now need to connect to the Global Protect VPN with the new password. A guide on how to connect to the VPN can be found here.
Once connected to the VPN, lock your computer. This can be done by pressing the "Windows + L" keys on your keyboard. This will lock your computer and you simply need to unlock and enter in your new password.
Or
You can look for the Windows icon on your screen, click your name and a few prompts will appear. Press the "Lock" option. Now you simply need to unlock and enter your new password.
You are now done! You can disconnect from the VPN if desired.
